How do I get started with Remote Desktop Support?

The fastest way is to call us at 619.656.7395 and we will email you a link to download the software required for us to connect to your PC. Installation only takes 30 seconds. You then are given an ID / password and call us with it. Once we select a service you need and receive payment, we will then begin remote support at the scheduled time.

You can watch while we work on your PC or you can leave it unattended. Our certified support technicans finish most remote tasks within 1-2 hours. Once we are finished you can easily uninstall the remote support software or leave it installed for future use.
